Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ramdhani-Greenscapes, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds on our gardening tools and cancellations for our landscaping and garden maintenance services.

For Gardening Tools & Products

  • Refund Request Period: You can initiate a refund request for gardening tools within 7 days from the date you receive the product.
  • Eligibility Criteria: For a product to be eligible for a refund, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Any product that shows signs of use or damage not reported upon delivery will not be eligible.
  • Return Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at ramdhanigreenscapes@gmail.com or call us at +91-6284254626. We may ask for photos of the product and proof of purchase.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning products unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

For Landscaping & Garden Maintenance Services

  • Service Cancellation: Services can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
  • Late Cancellation/No-Show: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or no-shows, may incur a cancellation fee, or the service fee may be forfeited, at our discretion.

Refund Processing

  • Approval & Timeline: Once your return or cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (e.g., credit card, bank account). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
